The Wisconsin Women’s Rugby Football Club is a senior women’s rugby team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Founded in 1975, our team is one of the nation’s oldest women’s rugby teams and plays competitively in the Wisconsin, Midwest and USA Rugby unions. We are a non-profit tax-exempt organization as a member of Madison United Rugby.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary in 2015 by winning our club’s first-ever USA Rugby National Championship.

Our team is always looking for new members and new opportunities for growth and continued success. We pride ourselves in providing all players with athletic, social and community benefits.

If you’re looking for a way to stay in shape, meet new friends and learn a new sport or continue playing rugby at a high level, Wisconsin Women’s Rugby is for you. New players are ALWAYS welcome!
